The Hotel Gaudí takes its name from the famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí,
who designed, amongst other famous buildings such as the Casa Milà (la Pedrera)
and the Sagrada Familia, the Palau Güell, declared a World Heritage Site and located
right opposite our hotel.
The hotel was opened in 1964 with the mission of offering visitors to our city with
a cordial family atmosphere, and it is still owned and run by the founding family.
The hotel has been managed by the current Director since 1970.
Constant improvements to our facilities allow us to provide our guests with high-quality
services at all times. The hotel is completely renovated every 15 years or so, ensuring
that our visitors enjoy maximum levels of comfort during their stay in Barcelona.
